How Userplay protects your data, your players, and your organization.
Last updated May 31, 2026
Userplay captures playtest sessions — screen, audio, and optionally in-game telemetry — from real people playing unreleased games. That means security and privacy are load-bearing, not an afterthought.
This section documents the policies, architecture, and controls that govern how Userplay handles studio data and tester data. Every commitment here is meant to be verifiable against the product.
For legal commitments around processing Personal Data on your behalf, see the Data Processing Addendum. For customer-configurable privacy controls, see the individual pages in End-User Access and Architecture.
